We realise that sometimes there are some circumstances when the purchased product needs to be returned.
Return of non-faulty goods
For all non-faulty goods returns the item must be in original packaging and in un-installed / unused & reasonable condition, where it is not possible to package in the original packaging then the item will need to be packaging in a suitable way for the courier prior to collection. The return form will need to be completed and a copy printed off to be included in the returned package. Once the form has been submitted a member of our team will contact you regarding collection / return of the item. For return of all non-faulty goods a 10% restocking charge will apply to cover the cost of collecting the goods.
Return of Faulty / Damaged goods on delivery
All damaged / faulty items must be recorded via our returns form, due to the courier’s procedure no claims can be made unless reported within 24 hours of delivery. Once the form has been submitted a member of our team will contact you regarding the replacement or an alternative product of the item.
Faulty goods which have been installed
For goods supplied the manufacturer’s conditions and warranty shall apply unless otherwise stated.
